RHDJapan: please tell me your experiences

Hy,

I have been in contact with RHDJApan for a while now about 3rrd egn products on their website and also other parts I requested.
Has anyone done this with them before?

I had good contacts and feedback untill now. We set up together a parts list I needed, agreed on pricing etc. But now things seem to have slowed down. I have called twice and I get good response.

Can anybody tell me if you have done anything similar and if it went down like you hoped.

Thx
Neal

Seriously I have been looking at their website for awhile and everything looks cool. I remember people here saying that last year when they were ordering Power Fc's from them that they would get them in 2 days!!! So that's not negative.

I've order from RHDJapan.
They have Awesome customer serivce. I had a small problem because they were out of Japan for a couple of days, but everything was resolved. They have online tracking, they responded to all the emails and they have a contact number. Prices are really good too.

I've ordered from them once with no problems, it was a small part. For all of the larger/more expensive items I go through Ramy at www.FDNewbieImports.com

I have also bought many parts from them and have had all great experiences. They have also helped me out when I was looking for parts that were not listed on their website. Great service, and very fast shipping.

I've bought plenty of parts from them for about 2-3 years now. They're great people to deal with, very helpful! I would recommend them to anyone.

Nope, they're based in Japan. That's how they can get so many good parts. They're also licensed to sell parts legally there.

In the meantime I have been in contact with them again. Patrick even called me from Japan. What shop does that??

anyhew, throough a Dutch guy who knows them personnaly I have restored cotnact and sorted out the problem.

Patrick is an american guy who lieves there, Russel seems to be Japanese by origin. anyhew.. I made the payment? They have now ordered all the parts from Mazda, In a week they will be there, RHDjapan will weight them and propose several shipping options (air, sea,...) to meet any request I need.

Hopefully this goes acc to plan and I'll be building a new motor soon:d

I have purchased from them as well. They were very good about communication and making sure i got the right part. The part I ordered was out of stock so it took longer than usual. However they deliverd as promised.
