In any event, this is just plain ridiculous....if someone has no intention of resolving an issue, then they shoudl not haev wasted our time to start with.

2--this has nothing to do with a good ole boy network, so get a clue. There is not a damn thing in the world wrong with people supporting me after I have helped them personally--that happens in this section each and every day, doesnt it?? Someone posts a comment about a seller, and everyone who has bought from that seller comes in and says "he's a good guy"....that is the exact same thing that happened here. So, get over yourself. Not my fault that other people appreciate it when someone helps them and asks nothing in return--too bad your friend over there doesnt know what appreciation is.

3--You can be sure all you like about this--the truth, however, is that ska has shown his appreciation....something about my mother, if I recall right....thanks, but no thanks. If that's appreciation, then ska's friends dont need enemies. I would just rather that he grow the hell up and get educated. So he claims he talked to a lawyer....funny how his lawyer would recommend going to court over an offer to work together to resolve this--that is not in the best interest of his client. Obviously, ska only has revenge on his mind at that point....and I want no part of that ****.

I stated that ska and others should appreciate any good legal adivse or for that matter business advice, that they recieve here on their situation. maybe too young to understand the concept but not to learn.

the good ole boy syndrome was for the other giant sellers on here or big forum peeps whatever title you want, and their little network of sellers that defend each other to no end when one has a dispute. You took it all personally which is questionable perception on your part.

Man, I dunno what happened in this thread. I got halfway through it and here's what Ive concluded...

1. Luke Tech tried to scam someone and got called out
2. Some advice was given on how to deal with it. Some of the best and most researched advice was from RX7 Roller
3. Luke Tech admits guilt
4. Ska starts acting like a 6 year old brat who got her way
5. For some reason a couple people start bashing RX7 roller

Im totaly confused. Why didnt ska simply say "hey, you tried to **** me over, I won. Give me my money" and leave it at that? And why is everyone getting on RX7 Rollers case. This thread was abotu a guy looking for help. he got plenty of it. He then proceeded to get cocky and greedy. Those two traits are not good in this situation. That is no one's fault but his. One final word of advice....in the medical field, an EMT calls themself an EMT. A doctor calls themself a DOCTOR. A nurse calls themself a NURSE. The minute you say "I AM A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL", it clues everyone in that you are probably a CNA or a medical billing clerk. Otherwise, I have little doubt that you would have just said "hey man, I am a doctor", or whatever.

Just an update:

Luke Tech stole $150 from me a while ago, I won the Paypal claim but was awarded $0... Since then I have heard nothing from Luke Tech and had given up on (this) justice until very recently...

It's just nice to know that all of his information has been rounded up and things will finally get straightened out--whether legally through the criminal justice system, or through Luke finally coming clean and paying us back.

I'm currently corresponding with Luke via PM's, and I'm hopeful that this will get sorted out in a "cordial" manner.

I agree with you 100%....unless the scammer activly tries to make good on his mistake, in which case he should be given the chance to do so. Why punish a man that might actually be trying to atone for his wrongdoings? Now don't get me wrong, people like I<3bree (AKA- to many names to list) and DR Motorsports should be burned at the stake as far as I'm concerned. They were given many chances to make good, but instead chose to rip even more people off. But it just seems like he (Luke) is trying to do the right thing in this case. And instead of getting the money owed to him (Ska) and walking away from the situation, he is considering going to court and most likely losing every thing plus lawyer fees,court costs, time lost from work, possibly plane tickets and hotel fees if the trial is in another state,etc., simply for revenge. IMHO, this is a good time to take the offer and walk away knowing you are the better man.

I would like to thank Luke for his maturity finnaly in resolving this conflict. I really didn't appreciate all the lies about the cops on the way to resolving this but I guess it is hard to change. But, he is making an honest effort in undoing his mistakes. It is a shame that we had to go through all of this in the first place. I strongly urge anyone with a dispute with Luke to take it up with him personally and deal with it in a proffesional mannor. I would like to thank all of those who contributed to this thread in a postive mannor and all those who talked **** can go **** themselves. Thank you again Luke and I hope you learned a great deal from this expereince. Hope to you you guys around in the spring.

well, good to see that you got off your high horse. Glad that it's getting resolved. But the **** talking originated with your "I changed my mind, I want revenge now" garbage. Be smart enough to recognize that. Up to that point you had nothing but lots of help from myself and the others here. The point is simple--next time you find yourself in such a situation, be more concerned with a proper resolution than you are with revenge. Believe me, it will be better for you, just like this is turning out to be. If you were still holding to that now, this would still not be getting anywhere, remember that.
