guys, the IC3 thing is not going to get you anywhere. FIle it there, but only for a record of doing so. The FBI takes those complaints and send them to the appropriate police department. It is up to the police to decide what to do with it next and they normally dont do anything with them. Your best bet is to file a criminal complaint with the actual police department and cut out the middleman.

I want to stress again that criminal and civil complatints are treated seperately. While I'm not going to speak against contacting a local police agency to begin the criminal action (this is local gvt vs theif), he needs to file in small claims to start the civil action to recoup his money (victim vs theif).

Now, that does not mean that the cops wont do anything, but my personal experience shows me that many police departments are far too busy to be worried about something from IC3. yes, I have personal experience with this. You got lucky, trust me on that one. There is a deal down here where multiple people have filed complaints with this website on the same person. This person has now stolen over $2,000 that we know of from several individuals....the complaint was sent to the police here and nothing further took place. believe me when I tell you, and if you dont believe me, then just read the quoted info from the site I posted.
According to the site itself, they send the complaint to the appropriate "federal, state, local, or international" agency. Not all complaints will be forwarded to the FBI for them to investigate or oversee anything. Try it--complain that someone stole $50 from you on ebay....let's see the FBI get involved over $50....sorry, pal, but I have professional experience putting bad guys in jail and catching thieves and scammers....I think I know what I am talking about here....

I'm sorry, my intial feelings towards this matter was yes to get my money or rims. But after everything he said, I am hurt. I am hurt that one of our own fellow club members would take advantage of people like that. $200 to me right now is inmateral. I want an apology to the club posted on the forum, an apology to me, and I want him to do right to me and eriksseven and give us the money we deserve. I make $200 in 4 hours at work. It is moral to me and it should be to you too. That is why this country is built on a legal system and laws are made.

that is why i posted to email me so i can get some thing straightened out here, i do not have money flowing out my ears, and nor do i have that kind of money at this point in time. But i would like to make things right. My paypal has been closed so i am going to have to do this outside of and keep all my receipts so that i can get everything straightened out again.

I would like to thank GXL87 for the phone call I do recognize that you have no part in this and you had no idea of what you were receiveing. As for Mr. Amstutz I hope I got that right. I am sorry to hear about your current financal situation and I am sorry to hear that your "attoury" dropped your case for loss of merit or none at all. That sounds like a huge problem on your part. I would like to meet with my actully lawyer and talk this over with him first.

Why are you so eager to settle this outside of court when you were not that eager to scame me over? I offered you the cost of shipping plus was willing to pay you extra to ship them to me, instead you chose to scame. I have heard many many stories in the past 24 hours of how you opperate.
