What does the Commander say? Does it power up? If so, have you looked at the sensor check screen? PFC may not be getting a signal from the starter switch, for example. If you don't have a Commander, you should get one because it wil be pretty hard to diagnose what is happening otherwise.

Could be bunch of things, your best bet is to have pro. look at it, you don't want to mess something up,.
I don't know if you have a commander and/or did this already, but your sec. injectors settings on PFC must be set-up for your 1300's, anyhow I asume you still have the stock primaries so your car should start right up even if the setting are still for 850 on sec.'s , That's just something you will need to do soon or later.
When I installed my PFC, I had to ground it my way, b/c the brackets from the stock ECU didn't work well in that department, I'm not sure if that is realy neccessary but it's a another thing to look at.
The PFC you got, was it new or used when you bot it?

I got it used and it was used wit hthe same wiring harness, secondary injectors, and turbo kit. The injectors are set up right on the pfc.
Yes it powers up just like it should, but just cranks and nothing else. I have a commander and theres a white clear circle besdie starter. I'm guessing that means its reading it...
