Power FC What's wrong with my car?!?!

What's wrong with my car?!?!
OK.
I personally think it has to do with my throttle position sensor, but maybe it isn't. I have a pfc with a base mod map and these mods:
-non-seq
-ported manifolds
-walbro fuel pump
-3" full exhaust
-street port
-ported exhaust
-open intakes
-HKS fmic
-removed AC/PS
-underdrive pulleys
Those are the power mods anyways.
I am having trouble adjusting my idle. All of my sensors are intact and I have the o2 feedback control and seq turned off and boost on my turbos at close to 1 bar. and the PFC at 1.1 bar
I either dies, idles at 500 or at 1200 ...... even while adjusting my idle and at idle, the map tracer is at N2,3,4 and P07-P08. At idle it should be more around 2 and 2 right??? anyhow, any information would be helpful. I tried resetting the ecu and letting it learn the idle again, but it just ends up getting all screwey

Have you done an all "data init." on the PFC and let the PFC "learn" your car's idle? It takes a full 45 minutes and you do have to retune or reload your fuel maps.
