Is there software for Datalogit...
That does monitoring only, without logging?
Here is the thing. I got Datalogit and I plan on having CarPC installed in my FD. All I'm looking for is simple program that upon startup will display nice screen with digital gauges displaying stuff like boost, temps and so on?
I don't want to install bunch of gauges, so something like that will do excellent job.
I can get all this info from FC-Edit, but it's not exactly what I need.
Any help?

You could adjust the watches to do what you want, but you would have to start it up everytime you turned the car on. HKS makes a device that does exactly what you want, but would not interface with the datalogit.

It seems that:

Exactly what I need. Now I wonder when it will be released
I want simple interface with bigger numbers and more readable with just short look. Just like gauges but on a screen.
I wonder if Datalogit communication protocol described somewhere..

If you have some computer programming ability, you could come up with a monitor-only program fairly easily. Search the PFC forum for posts by 'Goblin' for the comm protocol. It's pretty straight-forward.
The app in the link you posted shows promise, but who knows its status.
