Power FC Secondary transition

Secondary transition
Hey,
i have a weird problem with my SARD 800cc secondaries and AP.Eng. PFC for 2nd Gen.
Well, as soon as i hit 48% of inj.D. the car gets very lean, lets say 15-16AFR, the Inj.D. drops to about 38% but keeps beeing lean..
I have set my injectors up via FC Commander to 800s, any idea what it could be? Mayb a bad ground or something other i could test? if i stay under 48% the car runs just awesome..

ok, i have changed the 800cc secondaries to stock 550 ones.. and the car and the mixture all is fine! so it cant be a bad connector, bad ground or something other..
there is only 2 things i have done also.. reconnected the AWS-valve, and the white connector between firewall and uim. this weird valve, i have fergoten the name of it.
could it be this 2 things? i dont think so, but who knows..
as i pulled the 800s, i saw some oil at the pintlecaps..
oh and one more thing, as i built in the 800cc before, i FERGOT to jump the yellow connector, and FIRST let the pump work 10s. long, could it be a reason too?
