RHD power FC question
If my car is a authentic RHD from Japan do I still have to cut those 4 wires going in to the Power FC?? I didnt know if that was just an merican thing or not.

You would most likely just get the PFC for that version car then it would not be a problem.
For American FDs, here are the wires and what they control:
Blue/Green or Blue/Aqua 3J = EGR switch (Ca only)
Black/Red 4F = split air bypass solenoid
Blue/Yellow 4O = EGR solenoid
Brown/Yellow 4P = AWS solenoid
Not necessary to cut all wires, some can just be disconnected or hoses pulled.

I just got the power fc from a guy here in texas. Would any of those wires not cut cause a fluctuating idle?? It wil fluctuate about 10 times then flatten out. Any comments

Only Black/Red 4F = split air bypass solenoid might affect ther O2 reading and idle.
But most likely you need to manually adjust the idle air flow a little.
This has been posted too many times to count.
