Rev Limit - Seems to be disabled?

I have my rev-limit set to the standard 8100 rpm using all-init map.

I can consistently hit 8160, even 8200 rpm (as shown on the commander) without feeling any affects of fuel or ignition cut.

PFC (SR model, but shouldn't matter) and Commander are both latest version.

Anyone else notice this?

My fuel-cut works but I've only experienced it once and I didn't note the rpm. My advice to you is to -- shift sooner...
