Power FC Boost Problem
I recently installed a Power FC (Got it from Ray at SR Motorsports pretuned for Intake, DP,CB). Mods were DP and Catback. With stock ECU, boost pattern according to SPI boost gauge was 12-8-11. Boost settings on Power FC were 0.75 for primary and 0.7 for secondary. I installed the Power FC, let the car idle for 20 minutes and everything was fine (idle speed, A/C working etc.). While test driving it I noticed that it did not build the set amount of boost - only 0.65 according to FC Commander (boost gauge showing 12-8-10 which I thought was ok because I had heard that the Power FC displays boost lower than boost gauge).
I then installed a CWC cold air intake which did not change anything at all. But recently (about 200 miles later) the boost pattern started to change - I now only get (according to boost gauge) a 7-5-10 pattern. Power FC shows boost peak of 0.56. Raising the base duty cycle on the Power FC changed nothing.
Any ideas what might be happening?
When turning on the ignition key, the exhaust temp light is lit - which means (according to english PFC manual) that a sensor is malfunctioning. It says that it will be illuminated in the check sensor page on the commander. But I cannot find anything there -all sensors seem to work. With ignition on and engine off it shows ON status for CAT,HWL,PAC and CCN.
Any ideas what might be wrong?

You May have popped a vac hose and have a small boost leak. I think thats what happend to me I'm having similar problems. When i got the car I would see about 22-23 in. Hg on mt boost gauge at idle now i only see about 15. I ordered the silicone vac hoses Monday night so I will see if they fix the peoblem.

I believe there is an error in the PFC manual. The Exhaust Temp Light will always light with the IGN in the ON position. The diagnostic regulator on the alternator turns it on, along with the 'charge', 'coolant', and 'oil level' lights. They turn off when the engine is started. If there aren't any sensors highlighted in the sensors screen, they should all be ok.
As far as your boost problem is concerned, check out this link:
