PIM on powerf Fc @ 4.99 3bar
Car won't start, like its out of gas or flooded, checked the sensors and the PIM is at 4.99 (when key is in accessory) starts for a second and shuts down.

check the harness. it shouldn't read like that.

You not getting any signal. It is the same reading as when it is unplugged

Yep and it will cause extreme richness/flooding.

wait PIM is at 4.99 or voltage is at 4.99V? Unplugged the GM 3 bar should give you 28k PIM, or at least mine does.
