PFC Datalogit for AC options?

I've come across an issue with my FD. I purchased a PFC w/ commander from a local out here and just straight plugged it into my car. It was running gloriously and I had AC and everything. Then I came across some issues where I had to reset the PFC. After the reset, my AC no longer works and the compressor does not engage. I put in the stock ECU and it engages just fine.

I have already read up on the PFC no AC issue. (I'm JDM) and I don't believe it applies to me seeing as it worked perfectly fine before. I believe there was some sort of setting that had to be set in order to have the AC engage.

If anyone knows the answer to my situation, that would be great. I'm on okinawa where temps are +100 degrees and my windows don't work either (don't ask). Not to mention it's humid as hell.

Thanks again

EDIT: I'm getting a datalogit w/ software tomorrow evening.

there is an A/C switch that can be viewed on the Commander or with the Datalogit software.

Does your compressor kick on any of the blower settings?

Looked through the FC Edit software, couldn't find anything that would enable my AC or anything like that.

My AC does not engage at any blower settings, although it kicked on again when I put in the stock ECU when I tried it this evening.

And just to re-iterate, this WAS working with the same PFC before i reset it.

The PFC does not control A/C in any shape or form. It just knows when the A/C comes on so it can raise the idle. There is some resistor that when replaced sometimes fixes the A/C problem.

When you say "reset" do you mean:
(1) disconnect the battery and press on the brake pedal
or
(2) re-initialize?

It has been known that the PFC does not run the AC on all 4 fan speeds since 1999. Which combo is a quirk of nature!

It is all related to a grounding issue of the ECU AC control pin through the fan speed switch. Just resetting the PFC should not have changed anything.
Was there any type of work done on the engine or wiring at the relative same time?

Read about the various fixes on this forum and apply one of them.
You could turn on the AC normally, and also physically manually ground out the PFC pin as a test.
