Now The Datalogit AND Commander are not responding
Any help here would be greatly appreciated. The story is simple; I have the datalogit with the PFC and now whenever I start it, like I've always started it before (and it worked), I get an 'interface not responding' window. When I try to use the commander, the damn thing is stuck on the intro Apexi screen. What in the world am I suppose to do? Thanks in advance.

Electronics do fail sometimes.
My original cable between the DATALOGIT and laptop went bad after three years of use.
It might be that or the cable that plugs into the PFC or the DATALOGIT itself, or your laptop. Time to start checking. Easier if you know someone with same equipment.

Alright well I think its the actual FCBox because when i plug the commander directly into the ECU everything works fine. Any more ideas? Could it be due to me plugging the Clutch Switch Wire into the SW-3 slot and maybe putting the wrong wire in? Meaning the positive one and not the negative? I'll try unplugging that next. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

well, im going to try re-initializing the pfc. What exactly does that do? I won't loose the data already stored on there will I?
btw - when you press the WRITE ALL button on the datalogit, which file does it write and store to the pfc? Is it just the default.exe or does it write witch ever map you have open?

Like Chuck said, be sure to check your wires and plugs. I had the plug on the datalogit go bad (due to my stupidity..had it squished on the ECU bracket), so it was flakey when the datalogit was hooked up, but connecting the commander directly to the PFC would work. Try jiggling the connectors and pushing them in different directions to see if it changes anything. I also had the socket on the PFC itself come loose...

Yea, I checked all the pins, all the connections... I guess I could wiggle them a little more but still. I really think its fried or something.
The commander still works when i plug it directly into the Apexi.
