If you read the manual or understood basic ECU functionality..............
The map is tune for vacuum up to about 19PSI boost.
What max boost that you run is determined by the boost control setting in your PFC or external boost controller.
Thus the map is tuned for both 11 and for 12psi boost as you asked.

Go read about the P rows of the maps, and convert absolute pressure to relative pressure. Relative pressure is what our vacuum and boost gauges display.
But unfortunately, the PFC is in error when it calculates and displays boost. Is shows less than what it is. Thus row 20 would be reached at a boost level higher than what the manual states.
