newbie tunning question

Here's the deal I just got my car running well again, but I am looking to upgrade my injectors. I have a set of 1300 secondaries and wnat to move my 850cc prrimaries, (already have the modified rail). Just wondering if I can easily set my PFC to reliably control these for everyday drivability and performance or if I am going to have to do some major tunning to get the car to idle and drive right. Thanks for the space and any help I get.

Minor - getting the car to idle and drive right
Major - getting the car to idle perferct

Experience is the key to tuning the 850 injectors as the primaries.
