limit of ingnition set up....
HI
i must set my PFC...but i don't know what is the difference between ingnition set up in a piston engine and wankel...beacuse in Italy there isn't many expert people in wankel engine....so, what is the limit of this set up? is the knocking graph of PFC attendible? somebody can post a sample set up
my FD have seq knightsports turbochargers, full exhaust and no air pump....

We need the complete list of engine mods that only affect fuel and air flow through the engine.
No listing of mods such as ignition amplifier, undersize pulleys, radiator upgrade, etc.
Which map does your PFC have on it? Will require you to search this forum for stock and mod map locations so you can compare.
Also search as there are other Italian RX7 owners here.

PFC stock map
NGK 4 BUR9EQP
sard FPR set to 3 bar
trust pulley kit remove air pump
hks full 3'' exhaust
k&n in stock air box
stock intercooler
stock rails and injectors

(1)Remove 3 degrees from the IGL map for (P15-P20, N11-N20). Then add 2 to P16,N13 to be the same as it's neighbors.
(2)Set the IGT by calculating IGT by (IGL - split = IGT);
adjust split to 3 for the whole map except for below,
adjust split to 10 for (P12-P18, N7-N20),
adjust split to 15 for (P19-P20, N7-N20).
This is based on the early default stock map, I do not know which default you have. You may even have the MOD default which is too safe.
Read and find your version.
I actually run a more sophisticated split than that but to do so requires a DL to make it easy.
