Power FC Knock Question

Knock Question
ok so i recent just installed my power Fc, and right now im pretty terrified, i got 1,500 miles on my new motor / single set up. and now i smell oil, and the car runs like **** ( idle only )
as im looking at the power FC. i run into a couple questions.
knock. - we all know this as a bad bad thing.. so when you look at your knock while your racing. what should it be.. 0 ? i have had it go as high as 106? is that a bad thing? i mean whats the norm with the knock..
injectors. - theirs a place in your power FC under settings. last one of the left row. it says injectors, when you go in there., you see 2 things.
primL 90% 0ms
primT 90% 0ms
ok so i figured out the MS is to adjust your injector timings,
so what does the percent do? and what should it be at. :O
and last but not least under Etc.
theirs one last option under ETC..
when you goto it.. it says YES / NO
and a hell of alot of japaneese writing.
all i see is the yes and no.. is that like a revert back to normal and remove all your **** ups? cuz if so that would be great.

True knock should be measured while in one gear accelerating, ignoring any noise caused when first hitting the throttle or when getting off it (ignoring tranny noise).
We usually tune and get under 20 in knock while on full power.
All you other questions are in the manual, if you have an English version.
If yours is English, well you need to .........
