Innovate wide band O2 sensor & Power FC hookup
With the recent completion of my rebuild and incorporating the Power FC into the system, I am trying to figure out the best way to get my Innovate wide band O2 system connected to the Power FC.
Is there an adapter that will couple the Innovate to the Power FC datalogit without cutting wires on the wideband O2 sensor?
Any ideas or suggestions appreciated!
Thanks,
Chuck

Just to make sure, the PFC itself will NOT use a wideband sensor, only if you have a Datalogit. And even then, you must connect it to the Datalogit and not the PFC itself.
Other than that, just connect the analog 0-5V wire to the AN1 slot on the Datalogit and tighten the screw, then you have to set a good ground wire and put it in AN2 slot and when using the FC Edit at Auxillary you must select delta AN1-AN2. This means that AN1 is signal and AN2 is the ground and then make sure that the 0-5V values from the WB matches the values set in the FC Edit. OR if you have more than 4 auxillary things to log you can make the 0V slot a common ground allthough this may cause more electric interference, but then have to make sure that none of the "delta" boxes are checked off.

Is there an adapter that would allow me to connect the wide band to my datalogit without having to cut the wires on that proprietary cable that goes to the Innovate system.
Thanks,
Chuck

What innovate kit do you have? There should be the connector from the sensor to the controller like you mention but then the controller should have analog out wires for the datalogit. Are you trying to connect the sensor directly to the datalogit without using the controller?
