initialized pfc now runs like garbage

hi, so i had my car running fine with a idle of 13.8 and it was sometimes a bit jumpy so i figured a pfc reset would fix the idle. i reset it and loaded the same map and now it just runs like absolute garbage, on my evc it says its only pulling -3.4 and sounds like its gurgling and wont rev freely. before i reset the pfc it reved freely... i dunno what went wrong?..

13.8 is a very tricky idle to achieve especially with 850 primaries (listed in your sig). You shouldn't have touched it.

Are you sure the map you uploaded was the same and uploaded successfully?

Btw, this should be in the pfc forum.

thanks.. your right it should be back in the powerfc section. my bad.. anyone want to check the map email me at zxrazorxz66@hotmail.com and i will send it to you.. it sounds like its missing hard.. wont rev wont even idle and its really rich. i checked for spark and i have fuel and i have compression.. after i was getting frustrated and i uploaded a map that was previously working before my motor blew up and it seemed a little better but it still was missing bad.. i dunno whats going on.. really hard to get a video of it too.. it runs as if you just unflooded it and put oil in the combustion chambers. thats how it runs all the time now. can you say frustrating?

so i cleaned the plugs earlier with some sand paper and carb clean and let them dry out and put them back in and after about 30 minutes of idling they were wet and black. i think somethings wrong with the spark. plugs were brand new when i put the motor in.. seen 10 kilometers

if you just reset the PFC, doesn't it go into learning mode for the first 10-15mins? which will cause weird idling, then smooths out afterward

check something on your loaded map (maybe your injector size) to make sure you really reloaded your previous map and not the default by mistake. It's easy to get confused, ask me how I know...
