idle problem, searched and tried what ive read

Ok, I am having a bouncing idle problem. from about 850-1600 rpms. I have no commander or datalogit at this time. I tried the air bleed valve and the throttle stop.. if I try the throttle stop the closest rpm I can get to 900 with a solid idle is about 1800rpms before it will start jumping again. Any more ideas?

Did you perform the idle learning process (all 30 minutes of it)? Did you cut the correct four wires?

You have to do the whole 30-45 minutes of the idle learning process. Becareful, if you redo the process you will wipe out all of your maps if you had your car "tuned".

I checked the 4 wires. I have 2 blue and yellow wires on my harness on the same block and I snipped the wrong one.. I made the right cut and connected the old one.. same problem. I then removed what I beleive was my tps connector and the jumpy idle went away and got a solid 1500ish idle.. nothing I did would lower it from there however. I am pretty sure I have no air control valve anymore because I did the full block off plate job from rx7store.net

Get some help locally, you are struggling with what should be a semi-simple fix. No insult intended but it is difficut to help folks when we get poor data about the car, eg is the ISC removed ... block-off plate kits I am familiar with do not include a plate for the ISC.

I have no ISC and I never recall getting a bouncing idle since I disconnected it.

If you did the block off plate at the same time as the PFC install, there is a good chance the high idle is caused by a vacuum leak. Most common cause of high idle.

This is what was included in my bop job.

13BREW ACV
13BREW Split Air
13BREW AWS Pipe
13BREW AWS Solenoid
13BREW ACV Pipe
13BREW EGR Valve
13BREW ISC/BAC Solenoid
13BREW Double Throttle

I double checked for vacuum leaks and ever sealed everything again. I did hte BOP job same as the power fc, I think when I removed the ISC it caused it. I have heard this problem is common and my friend also has it.

Is your car smoking at all when it is bouncing idle like that. I have having the same prob, but my single turbo car is smoking a little bit.
