High Voltage Readings 3rd Gen...how can I fix this? Car wont start!
Known Good Readings:
PIM 2.55v
VTA1 0.51v
VTA2 1.14v
VMOP 1.23v
WTRT 0.38v
AIRT 0.68v
FUEL 1.48v
O2S 0.01v
My Readings:
PIM 4.99v
VTA1 0.70v
VTA2 1.66v
VMOP 0.85v
WTRT 2.38v
AIRT 2.50v
FUEL 3.90v
O2S 0.01v
Any clue why my readings are so high?
I dont know how to fix this... car wont stay started... start's but dies instantly...
Help is appreciated,
Thanks

Known good readings, what does that mean? Are they from your car when it ran well?
The only thing I can tell you for sure is that your PIM voltage, and therefore probably your map sensor, is way out of whack. A reading of 4.99v is the limit of the stock sensor, and would equate to over 17 psi. A bad (or unplugged) map sensor could cause your car not to start.

The car will start fine with the stock ECU, the map sensor is plugged in, but I've never heard a case of one going bad...?
The known good voltages were from my friends 93 RX7 with a few mods similar to mine, and those readings are off his PFC with base map.

Several of your readings seem off. Has there been damage to your wiring harness? Recent work by a mechanic? Did the car EVER work while you had it?
I suspect a wiring problem or stuff is unplugged.

Ok, I just put in an engine, I had mine rebuilt. I don't know why it would run with the Stock ECU and not the FC. Hrmm, I can check all the sensor lights and tell you what is on and what isn't.. .that might give you an idea?
Other than that, I don't know what to do.

do you have the datalogit? If so, save your maps, but then reset the ecu. If the stock ecu is getting good readings fronm the map sensor and also the TPS, then the PFC should as well. Re-initialize the PFC and let it relearn the car, then atleast load in the fuel correction map and timing maps. Make sure the PIM settings haven't been messed with as well...meaning all 100's.
