Help!!! Idle at 5000 rpm after PFC install

I don't know if this has happened to anyone else but my idle is at 5000 rpm after the PFC install. I clipped the four wires and all my sensors seem fine except for the fuel temp sensor because it's gone (aftermarket secondary rail).

I turned the car on and it came up at 5000 rpm and stayed there for 4 minutes. My AF meter says I'm running rich and it came down to 4000 rpm but stayed there. The engine was cold but now it's smoking. I turned it off before 10 minutes because I just can't take the stress.

Can anyone help me out with this?

Thanks,
Jeremy

Nevermind, it was a stuck throttle cable.
