It sounded like I read this new box would have a higher sample rate, but it was unclear if that sample rate was due to a hardware or software improvement?

Hi FastHatcH
I'm new comer here and I don't drive a RX7 but an Altezza presently. I also have 3 different Civic Hatch Back before EF,EG, also an EK9 but got stolen. I have read throw all 44 pages and find things very interesting. You have done a great great job. Keep up the great work.
I guess many people are waiting for you to release the box. If you release it this Christmas, sure will bring a lot of joy to many people around the world.

Looking forward to seeing you getting this working for Toyotas (hopefully) soon!

Get it while it's hot: http://www.fctune.com/download/FCTune_0_71.exe
- Ignition split
- Auto update
- Increase/decrease (+/- )
- Support for Vista
Merry christmas / happy holidays everyone!
I need to revise the model descriptions to allow easier addition of new models. Currently for example the model description lacks the information which sensor is beeing used to determine the engine load, the MAP sensor is always used, but that doesn't work for the Toyotas. I've planned those changes for January.
Sorry, not yet.

One question Fast Hatch,
Is this able to tune Power FC for all apps? I'm afraid that I don't really understand what you're doing that well.
Will this work on Nissan applications? Ie, Silvia?

Fasthatch, I have a request.
For monitoring hungry people like myself, are you able to create a mode of startup for this software? It would be good for the people that run automated car-puters with touch screens like the one I have now.
This is what I would like it to do if you are able to do it.
Start Program automatically from windows then FCtune will:
1. Connect automatically to ECU and read the data from it
2. Open up some pre-set guages and line graphs
3. Start moinitoring all inputs on the screen, full screened.
What I've done is installed a computer into my car, with a 7 inch in dash touch screen with VGA input that I can start \ stop anytime I want. But what I want it to do when I start up the PC (Takes about 20 seconds to fully load windows) is start the FCtune software, then the FCtune software loads and goes straight to my Guages selection and monitors them for me without intervention.
Let me know if you think this is not worth implementing. I might be able to use macros or something to do what I need.
But I am hopeing you'll have some mode built into the software that would start the guages section automatically for me, and hopefully others.
Thanks

That actually sounds pretty good to me too, just because everytime I put the laptop in the car, I'm wanting to log with it. I think pretty much all of your requests could be implemented with a simple checkbox somewhere in a settings dialog to restore the window state and start logging on startup.

I will be eagerly awaiting a release of FC Tune which I can log the analog inputs from the Datalogit. Its the only thing keeping me from ditching FC Edit for FC Tune.

FASTHATCH... Do you sell the interface box that should end up being part of the complete setup when your finished programming.? Please take your time to answer as i need some sort of interface to my PowerFC.

Here's the Error, looks like a divide by zero code. I can get you more details if you want.
