Dies after Start
Hey, so with some help of BLUE TII, i figured out that my adapter for the 3Bar GM was bad, so i recrimped one wire, and now it seems the Sensor is working, because:
Without the sensor i get my car running, the idle is really rough.
If i connect the Sensor, i get the car started, it jumps up to 1200rpm (cold engine) and suddenly dies! Any idea??
My PIM is: 5. Option 3
PIM Voltage under ETC. Sensor check, is 1,57v
if ignition ON, boost readings are 360mmHg fluctuating to 358mmHg, if i start the car, it fluctuates to ------ and some other stuff... without the Sensor connected, its 348mmHg with the engine off or engine running, doesnt matter.
any help would be very appreciated.. i want my car finally running after 6 months of building

I had mine do the same. My 3Bar came loose on start up and killed the engine. Once I reconnected it, it would rev up to 1200~1500 like normal then just drop and die. Giving it gas couldn't even stop it from dieing. Turns out I blew a spark plug. It must have been mid spark or something when the engine died the first time. Check that.

Actually all of the map sensor options are inaccurate.
Best to calibrate your map sensor and use the DL to inter the CORRECT scale and offset.
I have done this for the stock and Apexi 3 bar sensors.
