Power FC Datalogit "interface not responding" error need help!!

Datalogit "interface not responding" error need help!!
Hi @ all!
2 days ago i get my fc-datalogit box (black one) and i connected it to
the pfc!
I also choose the right com port but wenn i push the button "read all"
then "interface not responding" appears!
I connect it with the USB--Serial cable i have orderd!
I use Windows XP!
Who can help me?
Is there someting special i must looking for?

Search for "interface not responding" there are a few good threads about that. Normally its either an issue with the USB/Serial driver or you need to select a different COM Port.
