Power FC Canadian PFC wire cutting question...

Canadian PFC wire cutting question...
I am waiting for PFC delivery and in my search for information on this whole wire cutting affair I have the following question...
One of the pins/connectors to be cut is the 3J pin - EGR Switch Input / DRL Input (Canada)... as in Daytime Running Lights for us Canucks.
Anyone have any experience with this? Should the wire be cut or not... will the DRL function be affected at all.
Thanks in advance.

here I am replying to my own email...
I put in the PFC this morning and the car runs great.
I cut the required wires as per the diagram ( as per Dale's site... http://westpenn.rx-7.org/ApexiPFCpinout.htm) EXCEPT for the lonely "3" wire that needs to be cut on the small harness connector. This wire is associated to the Daytime Running lights on Canadian cars and NOT cutting it will not affect the performance of the PFC nor the DRL.
I have spent little time with the PFC so far... but so far it's a winner. The car just plain runs better... SMOOTHER. Hard to explain. To quote some previously heard comments from the rotary fellowship... "seems like years have been stripped from my car"... "Previous" ECU feels like a Beta.
