Bad OMP causing problems?

Aloha all,
I have a wierd problem that started up after a week long vacation to the mainland for me. The car ran fine..( idle and revving only due to no brakes) before i left. I mob=ved it and put it on jack stands for the 5 days i was gone.

Now when i start the car, first off it is hard to start. Then it idles really rough at 800-1000. It Will NOT rev past 1950-2k rpm. It starts backfiring and **** like crazy after 2k.

the only thing that is different to my findings is that the PFC commander says the OMP is getting low voltage. Thru testing it does not ever get above .77v I unplug it for testing and thecar runs somewhat better. still won't rev but is cleaner at idle.

The HWT switch is still showing ON the commander with the OMP disconnected.
I guess long story short will the OMP having bad voltage or not being plugged in cause the car to act up? Not like limp mode as the pfc does not have that but do i have to tell the pfc to ignore the OMP signal at all? Can't find that in the manual.

I am not planning on leaving the OMP out of the system, i just want to troubleshoot before spending huge$$ on a new one.or used one.

Also while i was gone it rained heavily here. I have pulled the ECU out and opened it up to check for water or corrosion. It was clean of both.

I am also leary of the injectors as they have not been run for close to 3 years. But they worked earlier( before i left for the week) and seems odd that they would just stop all of a sudden.

I am stumped and just want some other heads to toss around ideas with. Thanks in advance. I've searched for hours tonight but can't seem to find the rite combo of search titles.
Have a great night!
Aloha Dave
