Anyone with PFC experience on an FC??

Ok, so here's my dilemma. There's a Japanese PFC for sale on eBay for a kouki fc3s. For the past I don’t know how long I've been thinking of going with a haltech, but now this seems like a very viable option. The only thing I'm curious about is which parameters can be controlled by this bad boy as far as AWS, and all of the idle control devices such as the BAC? I'm assuming my egr would be eliminated due to the fact that it’s a Japanese model PFC, and I'm also curious as to how the PFC would effect my OMP (would I have to switch to pre-mix?). The last question I have is that the person listing it says I have to buy an APEXi MAP sensor, the only thing I'm curious about is how it would be wired in due to the fact that the PFC uses the stock harness, and where the actual sensor itself would go. One of the reasons I wanted to use a haltech was because I would have to replace all the harness and sensors with new units that would be less prone to failure from old age. I know I may be jumping into this a little fast, but there isn’t much time left in the auction, and I don’t see PFC's coming around every day for the FC. Any help/input you guys can provide would be much appreciated.

I would recommend a PFC any day over a Haltech, Microtech, etc for its ease of use and installation. Plus you can do just about anything with it, stock, small turbo, large turbo, Perpherial port etc.

It will control all the stock engine accessories (BAC, MOP,AWS etc), although I am not sure about the EGR. I would remove the AWS anyways cause it is bad for the engine.

The map sensor is needed becasue the ECU is very similar to the FDs, so you will no longer need the bigg honker MAF sensor. You will need the harness for the MAP as well (attaches to a connection on the PFC harness), I am not certain where it attaches for the pressure, although I am sure it will include that info when you get. BTW if you need it and ar having a hard time finding one I have a friend in Japan that can get it.
