Another Power FC question

This is probably a stupid question for those of you who know the deep inner workings of the Power FC but here it goes:

Does anyone know if on the screen where you tell the Power FC what size injectors you have for primary and secondary (Commander screen) if when one enters a different number (i.e. going from 550 to say 850) does the Power FC use this information for anything smart like let's say "ummm oh well I know this tuning map was good for 550 primaries but now I have 54% more injector so now I should lean out these times accordingly to compensate" If not then what is the purpose if any other than what the manual states about the correction feature?

Basically what I'm eventually trying to do is this... Im getting ready to install a walbro fuel pump, I currently have a oem FD fuel pump so... I'm going to calculate the difference in flow between pumps and since i'm not changing anything else the change in fuel pumps can be seen as a injector change to bigger injectors so I want to tell the Power FC "hey I just installed 610cc pri and 910cc sec and have the power FC compensate for this instead of having to re-do most of my fuel map. The traditional way and this other way would both require work since neither is perfect but I'm just trying a different approach. Thanks guys!

It's a rough method but you can certainly try that. I raised my base fuel pressure from 40psi to 43.5psi and increased the size of the injectors in the PFC. On top of that I made an across-the-board change in the fuel maps using a Datalogit.

Where things get tricky is idle and injector staging. I think your method can be made to work but it won't have optimal results without additional tuning.
