30% Injector Duty at Idle?

Stock motor, stock ports 38,000 miles
Basemap from a local tuner for the exact same setup as follows:
GT35R 1.06 AR
550 Primaries, 1600 Secondaries with resistors
KG Fuel rail and Pressure Regulator
Supra Denso Pump
Full 3" Open Exhaust
GReddy 3 Row Front Mount
Electric water pump with custom radiator and Evans NPG-R
All Emissions removed from harness along with OMP and coolant level sensor.
Single Wire Bosch universal O2 sensor.

When started it dumps a ton of fuel at idle. Injector duty percentage on the Commander reads close to 30%. It has trouble maintaing idle with it this rich obviously and eventually will stall itself out.

Any ideas on where I should start and work my way through?

You would think I'd have a Datalogit by now, wouldn't you?
Just ordered one, hope I get it soon. I think I might have missed capping a nipple or two on the intake manifold. Going to check now.

Datalogit should be here Friday, doesn't seem to be a vacuum leak. Any other ideas?

(1) your primary injector setup is bad
(2) your fuel pressure is too high
(3) your fuel map is too rich
(4) you have leaking injectors

I'd take a log as the problem occurs once you get the Datalogit

The feeling, I believe is mutual. Of course the way I've treated her over the last few years, who could blame her? And if she hates me, she must really hate you!
Chuck, I'm going to go down the list and check it out this weekend. Thanks for chiming in and it's good to see some of the old timers are still around.
UPS tracking says the Datalogit will be here tomorrow. So I'll go from there. Also thinking of sending out the injectors to be cleaned and flow tested.

I'll agree with Chuck too, cause I recently had similar problems, the culprit ended up being a faulty bottom injector O-ring. It had a hair line crack.

I have a hard time believing it's a faulty injector when the duty cycle is so high at idle. the real problem, I think, is why is it so high? is there any sensor inputs to the PFC that could cause it to go into a "safety" map or a "limp" mode?

Wow, it's like you're reading my mind. Anyways, it was the scale on the map sensor! The tuners map was setup for a GM 3 bar. Just changed it under the Datalogit and now it's ready to rock. Can't believe I didn't think of that earlier.
