Renesis or 20B in my FC???
I had a thread on the 20B forum and to make a long story short, the 20B swap costs roughly $10,000 to complete. I was wondering, would a Renesis swap be any cheaper/easier???

Damn. Everything about N/A FC's is starting to **** me off. What about the TII swap? It should be alot easier right? If its not, or if its too damn expensive, I'm selling my car and buying a CIVIC!!!!

RevvinFC- a 20B swap will cost you more than $10K.... a lot more unless you do pretty much all the work yourself.
13B-REW would be pretty awesome but lots of work as well. Much more common so having a motor built will be easy. rx7.com is down in TX so you luck out there.
I have a '93 complete FD motor with everything (intake/turbos/intercooler/sensors) but needs a rebuild. $1K plus shipping
That would get you started in the rotary direction.
If you want more reliable power and are on a $10K budget..... install an LS1 with T56 6speed for 450rwhp/425rwtq for well under $10K. This would include AFR 205cc heads, big cam, HD clutch, PCM repgrogramming and mounts/radiator/driveshaft etc.
Your car would be a madman.

WOW!! $1,000 +shipping on the 13B REW!!! Thats not bad at all. I'm really wanting to keep it rotary, I mean thats why I bought a 7. Rotaries fascinate me because I know damn near all there is to know about piston engines. I like the sounds that a rotary makes at about 8,000 rpms, that mixed with screaming tires and my favorite techno music just makes me all tingly feeling. I like power, but I think I like rotaries a little bit too much to compromise.
BTW: Are you in a hurry to sell that engine? If not PLEASE hold on to it and I PROMISE I will buy it from you for $1,100 + shipping when I can get the money. I'm jobless at the moment but give me a few months and I'll DEFINATELY take you up on it.
