Bitching project btw.

Did you have to relocate the steering rack?

steering rack has not been moved from stock location.

also, i am sure he added enough extras to the back and pulled stuff from the front to counteract the extra weight of the 2JZ

Should be sweet. Plan on upgrading the stock torsen in the rear end... it won't last long.

If you want to buy my Dodge Viper Dana 44 rear end (9.3" ring gear) to install out back it is for sale ($600 shipped). Has the stock 3:07 gears. You would need to get some custom axles fabbed but could handle about anything you could throw at it. I was going to build a wild turbo Buick GN V6 setup but got into road racing instead. I longer need this rear end.

I assume your location S.D. is San Diego?

Excessive Autosports is located in South Dakota, so I'd say he's located there as well.

this is fuggin SWEEEEET!!!!!!!!

just want all the haters to understand that, until you drive an rx7 w/ a v8 or whatever up front... you have absolutely no idea how WELL they handle. 50/50 weight distribution is NOT the best. a little weight up front helps with how the car goes in and out of the apex

MORE PICS PLZ!!!

Two questions mang: How is the bump steer if any and have you gotten it worked out?

Second: What wide body is that, project is one hell of a mutt, a demonic powerful mutt!

I wish drag radials helped. I have 315 BFG in my lowly 390WHP LS1 FD and I spin the **** out of those, imagine what this beast will do!! You're going to have to be real careful. BTW, its comming out nice.

I to molded the Pettiracing flares and I say it looks a lot better than just bolted. YOu are going to be one happy person once it is finished.

I am curious, what front end are you going with? Any sideskits, difusers?

i dont think it would be any harder than an LS1 swap, but it will be pricier due to V160 tranny's costing twice what you can get the pullout motor/turbos/wiring harness for
