what should fuel pressure be?

I'm running a street ported 13b with a weber 48IDA in my 914 porsche. I have heard to run about 3psi fuel pressure, but it leans out at wide open throttle. If I bump it up to 7psi, it doesn't lean out, but runs very rich at idle. Any advise?

Craig3x you may also may want to just start a thread on the car itself.
I'm pretty sure there are several people interesrted in it - how the engine went in and how the radiator is run, etc...
The rotary swap into a 914 is something I've considered several times before.
Even the NA 13B should have more power than the original engine.
