There's a reason that yellow lenses and angel eyes are made for high beams. The low beams have a completely different throw from the lens and specific focal points. If you mess with the low-beams, you could screw up your night driving, blind other drivers, or get bound up with Johnny Law. There's a lot more latitude with doing your own thing with high beams.

The rotary 510 has highbeams like that. They have a green glowing ring. Kinda cool looking.
