has anyone put a 12a into a triumph spitfire because i think i mght be the first to give this a shot

Spitfires got me into RX7s. I had a '71 Spit that I thought needed more power. Then I played around with my junkyard drivetrain-donor-to-be and discovered handling. I'm really glad I fixed the FC, because I'm sure I would have died in that damned LBC...

the 12a would be easier to get running without all the computer wiring and sensors

You can carb a 13B and by pass all the electronics and senors that accompany the EFI system, that what I did!!!!!!!!
