That guy has been trying to sell that car for a long time now. It's scary how much rust it has for $3k. I don't think he's willing to drop the price either.

i just looked it up and scratched my head when i saw the price.

a) that car needs too much work

and

b) that price is rediculous for the amount of work it will need. if it wasn't parked in the salty swamp air for 4 decades it might be worth that price..

i just passed on a '76 cosmo that was in WAYYY better condition for $400. this thing doesn't need restoration, it needs to just be put out of its misery. salvage the windows and crush it. everything metal on it is fucked. even a scrap yard may not take it, there's no damn iron left in that chassis!

someone with a hood, front/rear end, interior and retired might find the time to save it but it isn't worth a penny more than $500.

This car has been for sale for a long long time. It honestly depends how bad the rust really is. It looks like a parts car to me.
My rx3 is rough but its not rusted out so it makes it worth saving.

If it has a clear title, thats all its good for. If I had unlimited funds I'd do something like Teghime is doing with his Wolvo build with it, but that shell is worth nowhere near 3 grand, if its solid enough maybe a grand, but thats pushing it.

The guy seems to believe that this car is worth $3k and anything less would be an insult to him. I bought an RX2 before in better shape for $400. Been trying to find and R100 for a while.

KY RX100 for sle

Come on guys....it's just surface rust. Is what the guy told me. LMFAO!!!! He is willing to ship too. The car is definately not worth the $3000 he is asking for.

missing front grill = impossible to restore! front end parts for the R100 just don't exist...
