CA Porsche 912, Rotary plausible?

Well here at home we have two Porsche 912's, we've had them for the last 10 years, they've been in storage.

One white, another smurf blue.

Anyways, I've been looking into it and I have seen Rotary swaps done to them but I haven't seen any build guides or details on how they did it.

Would anyone happen to know where I could start off?

Do VW Rotary motor mounts work on the Porsche 912 67'? Is there any guide out there done on this?

This is a very bad *** car and I'd like to do her right!

Try Erwin Inocencio. I dont have his number tho but I saw his 911 a few years back with TII engine/microtech. Not sure if he still have it.

I believe the 912 came with a 901 transaxle. Same transaxle as the 914 and early 911. Kennedy makes an adaptor for sure. You can probably use a radiator kit for a 911 from Renegade. Oil cooler can be mounted on the engine lid under the vent. Don't want long lines if you don't have to. When you decide you need to upgrage suspension and brakes 911 stuff should pretty much bolt on. Getting a quiet enough exhaust to fit will be a challenge though.

Good luck.

Ah, thank you very much for the information guys.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to install a 1900CC VW engine rather the Rotary, none the less, it's still a very fast motor.
Can't wait to be crusin' around in one of these babies.
