CT My finish Rx3

This my 1973 with 58,000 mile that I had the car repainted to Oe color. The car is about 90% stock, the only thing not stock is the engine and the paint. The engine is a 85 6 port new from the dealer with 10,000 miles with webers and headers.I got the car last Oct and when over all the brakes replacing all the brakes new front calipers, rotors, rear brake shose and wheel cylinder.

thinks on selling it,what do you think I can get for it..

Very nice car!
Love the color.

The only thing I would do is change the wheels, they look to new

Very nice. I would also ditch the stock rx7 wheels and get some old school enkies or elipsons, etc.

you have to be a , $2500 for a mint Rx3,

I will like to change the rims but there are no rims out there that I like. Its hard to find rims 4x110 and I like to get some 17" like Simmons but they cost $4000. if you can find them.Over the winter I am changing the car to 5x114.3 bolt patter and going to install 17x7 in front and 18x9 in rear and a 3rd gen 13b turbo engine.

very very clean! In my opinion you'll ruin it if you put bigger wheels than 13" on it. Big wheels on old cars is such an aussie or kiwi thing to do and i reckon it looks crap. So many fellas back home in nz have ruined really nice looking cars by fitting big wheels.

I reckon the series 2 wheels dont look too bad. You'll find other wicked 13" wheels- just ask about. And you can still get good brakes under them. Look at what the ford escort guys do in europe. 13 with 50 series tires.

I wish i could afford i pro paint job- youp car looks so mint.

They are toys for the rich now unless you can find a beat up one like mine! and I want to take mine back to NZ but everywhere i would park it I would be worried about it getting stolen or parts getting nicked off it- such is the value of them there! Shame. At least here in england no one knows or cares about them- just a rare old jappa and people just admire it!

The price you enter was a smack in anybody that has a Rx3.Do you know what it cost to make a 73 Rx3 look good lots of money,So that $2500.00 is not close to what a paint job cost.

Exactly. $2500 is only a rolling chassis 99.99% of the time.

well see, i'm not one to put alot of money into one outside of keeping it running and driving. if u had seen my 808 u'd understand. i don't need a show car. i just like riding around old school in something very few ppl know about and it's not a complete rust bucket. yes i know how much money it takes to make ANY car look good. some ppl just need them to look alot better than i do. and i'd probably give 2500 for a rolling chassis provided all i had to do is put my engine and tranny in it and drive it.
