Mazda 929/rx4 1975

Hello from Europe > Lithuania.
Decided to start thread about my mazda.
bought it 2008 02 as donor for my 1977 S3, but then i got body (no engine, trans, axles, just body) found that it is in much better condition then my 1977 model. So swaped suspension from 1977 to 1975 model (front suspension is different) and started to work with body. let the pictures talk:

Leaving Austria.

Arived to Lithuania (winter with snow....)

Striped all car and started body works, rusted sills, near windscreen, wheel arch and thats all!!!

New sills

Repaired wheel arches

Preparing for painting.

Colour is great...

Changed all suspension, new shocks, bearings...

Brakes. Front brakes - mazda rx7 FC 4 pot calipers on nissan brake rotor.

Rear brakes converted to disc's Nissan brake rotor, slivia caliper, custom bracket.

Yes Epsilons are waiting. need to change front brakes, as large calipers doesn't clear wheel. need to move caliper ~ 1,5" back from wheel, or maybe will need to use another caliper - 1 or 2 pot in back side, as 4 pot caliper is very flat. On rear everything is perfect.

working on this!!!

Fire85GSLSE > those rotor came from nissan silvia - S13 or 200sx here in europe - rwd coupe nissan car usaly used for drifting Actualy not the best rotors as you can see - caliper is out of brake disc (about 1.5") so i cant use my epsilon wheels. will change front brakes soon.

73rx313b > colour code is Ford UU / Ford Blueprint (it's USA cars colour i think, or mayby Australian) yes looks very nice, but painting is very hard, covering of paint is very hard as layer is very thin.

Rotarycrazy> i have 11 month son !!!

Sorry made mistake. not USA, but AU - australia. It was hard to find color code for me. I found this color very popular in australia, they told me that this color is Ford "Blue print". All i found about this ford Blue print is here:

http://www.uniquecarsandparts.com.au...ompany_A-L.htm

check ford Blue Print code UU. But my in my paint shop they told that they found this code in american catalogue. My paint is "RM".

long silence from me. yeach the car is running.
Here are some pics from old car meeting in autumn.

http://picasaweb.google.lt/apex.rx/D...Sp1J-Ap4mN-AE#

Looking for LSD 24 spline axle, also want to lower the car, so adjustable coils would be great to get. also lowered rear end, and definately rotary engine.
