72 Datsun 1200 f/s or trade....
I have a '72 Datsun 1200 that has been sitting at my friend's shop. I just went to visit the 1200 and was shocked to see that my friend had taken alot of parts from it and claims he has no knowledge of where the parts went and that he was just letting it sit around getting dirty.
So I'm bringing the 1200 back home.... but I really have no time or place to really work on it or keep it. Taking it before there are more parts missing.......
It has a Ford 9" with Mosier axles, 6.00 ring & pinion, steel spool, 13 x 8 Bogarts in the back with MT slicks and 13 x 6 in the front, 50 50 drag shocks,
Has a fuel cell and NOS bottle bracket and line going to the engine bay setup in the trunk, cut off switch, NOS pressure gauge, 8 point roll cage, autometer gauges, 13B full j bridge engine with too many mods to list, TII trans with custom bellhousing shroud, RB Holley 650 dp, line lock (horn button is used for this)
This 1200 NEEDS work to get it back to running again. The engine was rebuilt but I never got the chance to race it again. Has maybe 50 mile when I used to start it up and move it around at a shop that I used to work at.
Entertaining all offers and trades...,.. Want someone who likes to work on cars to get this. Would love to see it ripping the 1/4 mile track again. PM, e-mail, or call me at the shop. 310 822 4566
