If you have been to www.3rotor.com lately you probly have seen the for rotor engine they are putting in their JC cosmo. Does anyone know if it runs yet?

well they have Pics of the block built but they have not confermed if it runs yet. but that thing will be sweet when they get that monster going. It will pull the pavement out from under any street car in Ozzy.

How much Hp do you think it has?

 

A 20B, if done properly, can output up to 1000HP, so that's 333.33HP per rotor. I guess this 26B will probably have 1333HP with one of Jeff Bruce's eccentric shafts, and the monsterous torque of four rotors. Or is an aftermarket eccentric shaft in a 20B capable of handling more than 1000HP? I'm not sure what a stock one can handle. If so, then maybe the 26B could have more than 1333HP?

 

My guess is that engine is far from ready to run, just a hunch. Check out the quality of the rest of his cars, that engine is not polished etc, drag car or not, i would suspect he would polish the housings etc, considering he does his own polishing too.

a properly built and twin turbo 20B has been proven to make over 1300 RWHP( Siguel RX7). a 13B built to the max can get 1000 HP( just ask Abel Ibarra) so a 4 rotor can make some crazy power if done correctly.

 

They never said that they were going for a pure drag car. I am sure it will be a straight line machine but they also seem to be making a streetable car also. This might be to contend with all of those "Street" supras that have like 900 RWHp and kick the absolute S&!T out of them!

How do they pay for any of that stuff on their site? they have 3 cosmos, 2 with 20Bs and a 1999 3rd gen, and various motorcycles. I don't know they must be rich or something.

I know they are selling crack! they have alot of money.
That Bad20B can burn out like HOLYS&!T!!! I bet all the bugs in the area just got wasted!! ok enough of my ramblings.
