that car needs a better engine.

street ported 12A, the only reason that car is fast is the light weight. Look at the fuel lines on the carb, thats not enough fuel for good power, not at carburetor pressures.

someone couldnt afford the planned motor after they spent all their money on the suspension and chassis.

I like the three Accel coils and what appears to be DLIDFIS. Those flames are a real eyesore though. I hope it goes to someone who'll appreciate it.

sorry guys, yeah it's a 1200, i had r100 on the brain when i posted it. i figured the gearing in it made it that fast. i know that car is alot lighter than the rx3 and i don't know of any 1/4 mile strips near me to find out, but i'm guessing mine with sp 13b would probably do a 14.5 sec 1/4. it covers the 1/8 in 9.38.

Yep I definitely would have left the flames off. I wonder if they still have all the stock parts, it's probably worth more in stock trim. My mostly stock '71 1200 went for $3800 on eBay just a few months ago.

Genuine 1200 that is! Not a R100! There were several obvious differences that you can spot at once! For example, the REAL R100 has round taillights, see picture below! And this car hasnt got the R100 mirrors for instance.

The interior also looks like its shoot to ****, thus making the car LESS worth.
Its probably a fun car, but as said before, it looks like they had big plans for it, but couldent quite finish it!

5000 dollars is waaaay to much for this car, considering you can get a real R100 for just a little bit more!

I've studied. That's a 1200. Before I said it's worth $2,500 now I say it's worth $2,000 after taking a closer look.
