Who is the moderator of this forum?
I ask this as a serious question. Is there a moderator for this forum?
Is there a real moderator, or just someone who does the bidding of the sponsor?
The court battle is over. The judge decided that the Atkinses did not honor their warranty to Kettlman. Can't we even say that?
If not, then this website is nothing more than a mouthpiece for bad sponsors.
Show me I'm wrong... leave this thread in place.

I don't know why the court threads were closed or posts were deleted, I didn't do it. I left my house this morning and they were open. I came back tonight and there was spam all over the NW section about Atkins and thread closings and a whole bunch of crap. No idea what went one while I was gone.
I will say that whoever closed them had a reason, though I don't know what. But jumping to conclusions and spamming crap all over the forum DOES NOT HELP. All it helps you do is get in more trouble, get more stuff deleted, get yourselves regulated harder and watched closer, and eventually get banned due to pure irritation. I cannot ban, I don't have powers, so obviously I won't be doing this. But think about it for a second... if you continue to deliberately **** off the owner of this site, what do you think will happen? Any tiny comment will cause a good thread to be deleted or closed. Any little bitchyness that would normally be left alone could get you in trouble. It's hard to sympathize with people after they've purposefully tried to test you and **** you off (month or two ago as example).
