Ohh I've seen your car around near the school. I passed by you in a baby blue toyota camry and I looked at ur hood and was like WOW a TII. Guess I was wrong.... How is the interior on ur car? I met a guy at lil cesears with a white fc with full racingbeat exhaust, sport spoiler, and S5 mirrors. It was pretty clean looking.. Nice guy I always see the one on lewis street, it looks pretty rough... didn't realize there were so many sevens around here. We should all like form a crew. LOL

If there is anyone here in tri cities that is really good with rotary and would like to be my mentor for my senior project which is a TII conversion on my 86rx7. that would be great! I'm actually pretty much done I just need someone to look over my car and make sure everything is properly done....

Hey, I'm Eric with the white FD. If you’re doing the conversion look up everything you can first in the second gen forums. Really, everything you need to know is there. The problem is the conversion is not easy.
The body parts can transfer well enough but you almost need an entire TII interior to do the conversion. The ECU is different and we all know how many wires go into the factory ECU. If you can find a motor W/ ECU (best to know for sure if the ECU came out of the car as the motor)
One of the roughest parts is getting a TII dash (gauge pod) put into your car.
Transmissions are nearly the same TII is built stronger and geared lower I think. It would probably be worth the time to find a totaled TII car (rear end damage) and take just about anything that has a wire going into the factory ECU.
The conversion is do-able, but its not exactly practical... Best notion would be finding a wrecked TII to start with then doing the part transfer.
