for the p-ton area there are some good rds that ive found while bored at work viz google maps.
ones ive driven-
start in the pearl district, then up lovejoy to cornell to skyline to germantown down germantown and finish over the st. johns bridge.
OR
from skyline you can come back down....**** forgot name but theres a rd that connect skyline with cornell and has like 6 corners, 3 of which are sharp.
another IS old colmubia highway. that rd is ALOT of fun at night. espicially once you get out past multnomah falls.
now this is a rd i havent yet driven.
its like going to old columbia highway but instead of heading towards the rd where it splits you go UP larch mt and there are rds that connect and intertwine all up there!
i have the rds list and wirtten down in my wallet but i can find it currently...

we should have a lil togue meet sometime. cuz i dont wanna just go looking for these roads by myself, get lost, run out of gas, get raped by a hillbilly, etc.
even like a monthly drive, at a different spot each time would be way cool

Like i posted before, this summer i will be doing lots of drives in sw washington. They are nice long drives, aprox 150 miles round trip. of twisty turny roads, with great views, and very little "normal" traffic. I WILL post on here when i do them to see if anybody would like to go.

Okay, went on Hillsboro HWY 219 out of Newberg. Damn that road is sweet, one of my new local favorites.
There another road near by that found that has some pretty crazy hairpin turns, will have to go ride it again to findout what road it was, but it connected to Bell Rd I think.

E Mercer Way
Uhhh stay away from E Mercer Way, i got a huge ticket there last year for speeding. Since cops on mercer island have nothing better to do they camp out on it. Also there is almost no shoulder and alot of people on that road.

Backside of mnt st helens is kinda open. Forrest road 25 opened up this week (road that takes you to forest road 99which is the road to windy ridge). Forrest road 99 is only partialy open. If you do decide to try it come from the south, the streach from randal to 99 which is aprox 20 miles is in sad shape and they are logging there andwas no fun. On the other hand the south was awsome this weekend.

I also forgot to mention ther is NO gas at eagle cliff store/northwoods as in years past. They are switching owenership and cant have a temp permit to sell gas. Stop in and buy something support the locals. If anybody else was up there Sunday i was the guy on a blue r6 riding slow with a flat rear tire yeah!!!

Im trying to get that drive going again. Hopefully we can make it more than 10 miles before someone ends up in a ditch.
Here's my favorite Yamhill County Drive. http://maps.yahoo.com/#mvt=h&lat=45....%2C-123.056107

for ppl near me, some ppl go out to sonic n kick it there but its a lil lame sometimes aka a lot lol. it takes a lil bit to get ppl goin out to touge but since its off C.P its a lil nicer if there are 5 or less cars lol. im out there ocassionally but most times everyone goes out drifting so for u hardcore grippers u may not apreciate it as much. but i know josh18 2k should come out. ive heard a lot about ur car from sterling u should come out some nite

yah i wanted to tag along on one of these drifting adventures, but i dont know when/where. and often times i find out last minute and am busy.
but assuming i am able, i'd love to go driving in the woods with some people!
