Grae - I'm thinking about mesh but I'm liking the V70XC eggcrate grill. And the euro side markers were an upgrade when he removed all the badges. And why do you have a spare charge pipe, did you get your rip kit finally?

Ben - You try finding one in a manual! I couldn't find a single manual for sale ANYWHERE! And I looked all over, as in Canada and other states

DAMM thats clean. Looks really good son. If this guy doesn't buy my old charge pipe with the bov, I will let you rock it for awhile. I think the pegs look really good on the silver paint. You definately got your moneys worth. Dont forget about the IPD garage sale gtg in May, its a car show/ swap meet/ new parts on sale extravaganza.

i got a wagon a month ago..but i went with a wrx instead...

 

.... canada c.l. was throwing those out left and right 2 months ago! but really, the auto is fun... its mindblowingly easy fun to stomp ricers or euro trash. Good times. I DO think the HIV is NOT a good name... simply put, if thats your car, then goes the same for every other stock wagon... Give it some more HP then it would make sense, but still ward off women before you even meet them ( by reputation alone) How about naming it... no wait.. i don't even believe in naming cars

re- the spare charge pipe, we found a polished one at the junk yard for like 5 bucks... super steal!

 

Oh nice! Great find for sure! Don't worry Grae, the hp increase is coming soon. I'm thinking I'll jsut go ahead and throw a boost controller on and crank it to like 38lbs. I hear these Volvo motors are indestructbable

 

that reminds me of the snowmobile i want, new arctic cat z1 is a 4 stroke turbo putting down 170 hp stock, you can get a boost controller for it and crank it up to 280 hp without any other mods, cause it adjusts fuel and boost for you at the same time you just select your hp, between 170-280. if only i had the cash, haha

haha Yeah, Brian, it couldn't hold up to the extreme g forces and high demand of the power a Yamaha motor produces, so the transmission seals disintegrated at high speed. Offloaded it and upgraded. I'm shootin for 215mph minimum in the 1/4 with my ******* wagon

 

So what DID happen to the show... ( you still have'nt told)

Cant wait to see the new WHip at the rock..... Lets organize a parking situation for everyone tho... like... the back of the lot where less cars are.... how funny would that be, 4 or 5 volvos, 8 or 9 rx7s... ? people would stop and stare... Only thing is, i cant decide what to bring!

 

lol pretty sure the main transmission seal was shot. it was pissing fluid. and it looked like it was coming out of the front of the transmission where it mates to the engine. and the night before I sold it someone busted out a rear quarter window. can't wait to leave this neighborhood behind this week! too many hoodlums vandalizing cars. If the touch my Volvo.... they're gonna end up lookin like an RX7 project, in parts and pieces all over someone's yard
