Holy hell what a good time!! I am sure that Moto and I came off the ground at least a dozen times!! Anyone who was unable to attend missed out! Big thanks to Lance and Dave for getting this thing together...to Spyder for the beach house, and everyone else for a great time. I am still amazed at how fast Moto walked away from me on the straights! ...and again , the sound of the friggin turbos..Jesus! Good times. What did you guys think of the course?

Wow.. it was awesome [except you two kept leaving me so far behind ^_-]
Oh and the dirt road was kinda annoying... [I was going really slow to try and not kickup lots of rocks but everyone ahead of me took off :P]
Anyway, we should do this again sometime ^_^ [not sure when though, since the summer's almost over - Doesn't seem like pushing FRs hard during the rain would be a good idea..]
Oh, Marc - the 2nd gen resource says that the Sport should have 15" wheels? [assuming I was reading it correctly..]

Hey John looks like you'll be getting the material for your element for free for some touch up work. I'll try to get something for October going. anybody up for the Alfa Romero club track day on Sept 30th?

That was so fun it should be illegal ...wait, it is. Thanks everyone for a memorable day. Space that was a close one , Apex that was sick (get me a copy of that video woulda), Space sweet pad, Derek next time, and everyone else who didn't have a good excuse to not come...well you all are . We should do this again definitely.
Derek, Apex, I will go to that track day we talked about in September. So plan on going.
Suggested route next time, 25, Paradise Rd and everything in between:
http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=46.23...2401&z=6&hl=en
http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=46.75...0.300390&hl=en
Did this route on my bike it was sick.

A car is only as fast as the nut behind the wheel. That was fast, but we could have gone a bit faster, but we'd be really pushing our luck then. Faster still if the road was closed. That was funny when it took three minute for everyone to catch up.
Next time we do that I need to install a skid plate first. That miata was making some sparks on 53 . It though it was funny when that lady said to go faster.
Dave, sorry for the mix up, your coming right?
Your on, what time.

Sure, I got access to a full machine/welding shop at work, we could even fab up a V-mount if you wanted. Trade you the work for a reduced price retent or detailing?
Next weekend is out for me though, I got to put a new head gasket on my truck that's currently parked in Seattle. And Sunday I'm doing the SoloII event in Packwood with my dad.

Man, my neck is always sore, so I'm used to it. And I got more of a headache driving up to Seattle that night than our shindig. I got lasered twice, three Ka band hits and four K band hits.
Cool have fun with your boys, they grow up so fast, so make it count.
A good meeting place...how about these places:
http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=45.91...4971&z=3&hl=en
http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=46.24...0.012465&hl=en
http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=46.76...0.024931&hl=en
http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=46.55...0.199445&hl=en
http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=46.60...0.049861&hl=en
That last one is Packwood where there are regular SoloII events going on.

Believe me, they do grow fast! I'll bring Colin with us to Sykart. His brother isn't so much the speed freak, oh well. Theres always dance classes right!? lol Another option for a drive would be to go to Seaside again at the end of a Sat. some weekend and stay the night. our family has a house a couple blocks from the beach..We could get a few of us there and just stay the night..maybe light one off on the beach and drink some beer? It would be myself and wife/kids...Dave, Lance and their wifes/kids and you/other? It's a two bedroom house with plenty of living room space for bags. The kids could hang out with the wives while we party out back!! Don't tell my wife I said that!! lolololol

How is October 8th looking for the next one? looks like Missy's off weekend. John id you see Moto's links to the Washington sites? man looking like some really cool drives. let's get together in the next couple of weeks and go over some stuff. have a bunch of Washington folks that want to get into it also that they might be more inclined to do so if it was in their own backyard

I woke up Sunday with a stiff neck and a headache! Probably more of the tension than anything..ie: ROCK..TREE..CAR..MOTORCYCLE..COPS? That doesn't happen at the track..weird. So work for trade? OK..sounds good. Actaully taking the family camping out at Diamond Mill this weekend..gonna get some riding in with my boys. Maybe next weekend? I have to find an ECU and wiring harness for teh TII motor..anyone have any ideas or locates?
I "might" have 3 or 4 stock ecu's for S5 TII's .
