Im Joining the NAVY
Well I figured Id let you guys know whats going on, but in two weeks, i'll be offically enlisted to join the US NAVY. I'll be going in for I.T..
As a result, I'll probably be selling My 85 GSL-SE before I leave for bootcamp. Looks like project torque will never get to see the light of day... at least not for a few years. I wont be leaving the rotary sceene though, with my enlistment bonus, I'll finally be able to get a FD!!!
I'll be back when I can, who knows mabey i'll still be stationed here in Washington!
I'll be looking forward to the BIG BBQ, as it will probably be the last event I'll be attending with you guys.

sorry...
not to hi-jack this thread. Quickness I think that the 250 has it. Top speed the interceptor easily. went from 70-115 on the freeway in a matter of seconds the other day. And with a redline of 12k it is hard to beat!

Ok, I know what a Navy ET is as I attended training with some, but what's an IT?
Oh, and good move staying out of the Marines. Unless you really want to die for your country, that is.

Sorry I havent replied, ive been camping all weekend. Anyway I chose the navy because I dont want my *** to get sent into land combat. The navy also has more paths to get me to where I want to go in life than the other branches. Also allows me to save up some money whenever im at sea, since you cant really spend much while your at sea.
I get to go in as an E3, because I made eagle scout too. More pay right from the get go! I just really hope I'll get to stay on the west coast, but that really depends on how well I do in my training.
I should know this week when I'll be leaving
