hey i live in salem so i have no emissions issues to deal with. so if you want you can sell it to me for a week and i'll get it re-registerd then sell it back to you. so you wont have to worry about emissions for awhile. if that would even work lol

Idle and 2300rpm hold, I just need to get the AFR way lower. For some reason it's not reacting to inj timing changes, even though I have the idle control feature on the PFC turned off.
Fortunately no hole, just roughed up clear bra and spider webbing from the trailer hitch. Will have to remove the clear bra and repaint bumper. Good stuff.
I don't plan on moving to Oahu, I think you have me confused with my other personality.
Thanks, but if I can't pass, I have an alternate address I can register at.

Well, I think I'm going to have to revert to the stock ecu and jumper the air pump to pass emissions. Can't seem to get the stationary rich idle out once the engine is warm, other than that the tune is money.
Did a nut and bolt last night and found a few loose bolts and nuts, nothing big. And I think I've found my coolant leak, hopefully it's the return hose not being properly clamped and not the fitting it attaches too.
And for those who are wondering, pics of the bumper damage, the paint color does a good job of hiding it when you look it from the front, but once you look from above you see it.

I need to give you a ride Lance.
Well, paid the final deposit for my 500R turbo from A-Spec today. Sean went to great pains on my kit and I'm looking forward to seeing the fruits of his labor. Should be seeing it in the next few weeks.
On that note I will most likely have to redo the coolant package due to the placement of the single turbo. So, if anyone's interested in purchasing my complete Efini twin, dual egt, turbo ducting, rad, intercooler, mounting, down pipe, midpipe, etc. setup let me know. It won't be cheap, but you won't get anything that's better performance wise out there. Granted that's my personal opinion, but I feel it's valid. Bonus if your local, I will help install and modify whatever is needed in order to fit your FD. Note, you will need to either have a relocated battery or an Odyssey PC680 battery (which I will have to make a custom battery box for it). Note also you will either have to remove your air pump or have me relocate it to where the A/C pump is, or run an electric air pump.
Note I will be Dynoing it next week to see where I'm at at 12psi, 14psi and 17psi.

The car is being prepped for the 500R that will be coming soon. Need to modify and remove redundant vacuum line and control valves. Also received new primary injectors and will be installing soon.
As expected the seals on the efini's gave up the ghost. Spyder they're ready for you to pickup and rebuilt with your rebuild kit.
Hope everyone had a good Christmas.
Peace

Weeeeak those turbos went quickly... Can't wait to see your 500r set-up and numbers. Next time I'm down in Portland you should show me your car and take me for a ride I was just down there Tuesday evening thru Wednesday evening. my sister lives in Sellwood. one of these times I'll drive myself down and have to visit GroundZero and Pineapple...

Yeah, at 17 psi I was over stressing them badly. If I had just stayed around 12-14psi they would have lasted a lot longer. Oh well.
Injectors are in and wiring harness mostly modified. Need to relocate the retained check valves and then I will start working on a catch tank located where the my relocated pressure chamber and vacuum chamber were. It's going to be an interesting shape, but as far as location goes it couldn't get any better. Sight tube and drain port location will be the most dificult part of it though.

Barry,
Sweet, thank you sir, looking forward to getting those items. Is that AFR tuning info your sending an update to what I received from Chuck Westbrook's CD? The excel tables you made definitely make life easier when tuning!
Update:
Received my Bosch 044 fuel pump, in tank filter and 10 micron external filter. The Bosch 044 pump is rated at 200 GPH (~757 LPH) at 72 psi, which will be more than adequate. Just need to get fittings and adaptor to install.
Also received thermo temp strips and paint, plus roll bar padding.
Currently working on my oil catch tank that copies the stock vacuum chamber located in the front of the motor. Pretty ideal location due to it's proximity to all the accessories that it will be attached to, plus allows for a fair amount of volume. Need to finish locating and welding on the mounting tabs.

Yes, it is an update. Two worksheets, one to make corrections and one to double check the updated Base Map with a fast trim.
