Oh man. What are you doing trying to run 18psi with no ai? Bad plan man. 15 psi for safety. I'm running a gt35r with a t3 .82 hot side making 389whp at 15 psi with 50c intake temps. Thats over 400 on a cold day. If your engine is built right you should be able to hit those numbers for sure with your setup. I run the apexi boost controller that plugs into the power fc with a 44mm tial wastegate plumbed to both of the exhaust runners and get no spike and it controlls the boost great. Let me know if you want me to build you a motor lol. Mine and fearnopiston's engines have been doing great for a while now. Racking up miles with reliability mods.

Barry Bordes pointed it out and I noticed it too, it may have been an injector dropping on me(will have to get them flow checked), but it looks more like a fuel pump pressure drop. The power was smooth up to that point and the base map is fat enough in that region. I've been driving this fuel map for a month without issue. Seems rather odd for two major items to go haywire.
hsitko, thanks for the offer but I got the engine building part covered. Up to this point this was the strongest 2 rotor motor I have ever driven.

Update,
Was working on the front bumper, found a few more holes in the bumper and had to add a few layers to the upper edge to compensate for all the material I've removed. Currently at a stoping point on the bumper until I have made the front splitter/diffuser. So close.
Also still waiting for my new FD chassis to be repaired...
Anyways, here's some pic's.
Peace

Yep, race version, being it is a fiberglass bumper I'm not suprised. I have never seen a fiberglass bumper that didn't require work to get it to look perfect. Being that it will eventually go on the race car I don't know why I'm put all the effort into it.....ugh.
Also in the process of purchasing the JKL CF Re-Amemiya GT wing too. Hoping to get it by the end of this month. Will be making custom wing mounts that mount to the chassis instead of the rear hatch and prop the wing as high as I can within the RTA, SCCA and NASA rules.
Also getting some good ideas from their diffuer they did on one of their sponsored racecar's. Though my diffuser up sweep section will encompass the whole back end, which will require a custom exhaust. The Panspeed car being an example.

Alright, plaster molds are being made off of the clay models, so in a few weeks will be making fiberglass molds and start working on making the diffuser/splitter. Already have Jared onboard and asked Memphisraines if he wanted in on the build. Should have finished parts middle of Novemeber if all goes as planned.

Eddie's old racecar that's been sitting in a briar patch for five years. Pretty nasty, worms and all.
Already made a deal with the AR crew months before I even knew about the FB project car. Besides I was offering my welding services in exchange for a cheaper buy in and the FB's cage was already being installed by another shop. I'll see them out on the track and if they need a hand I'll be there for them.

The 787C is now nearly complete!
Did a track day test this last Sunday at PIR and all went well. The car was sketch when the asphalt was wet, but we removed the rear bar and played with tire presures which made noticable improvement. This cars quite fun the drive in the dry though.
Few odds and ends need to be done before the start of the race this Saturday. Wish us luck!

lol, and even having a nice MX-5 hard top should put you over budget [without a car] ^_-
Well, the FB is up and running... Comparable power, a little bit more weight though..
I think there's a little Fiat and an old police interceptor entered too, not sure what else. lol, probably not much else from the 90's I imagine.
I'll be with the FB team, see you on raceday! GoodLuck!

Similarly prepped first gen MR2..........
Being that they may add chicanes on the front and back straights, nimple cars will be the goliaths of the event.
We also have a good line up of mostly experienced fast drivers in our team.
The Porsche club is running a 944 and I know of one other team running a Miata.
If anyone wants to come over and hangout, maybe even pitch in on the pits, your welcome to come on over. We will have an RV, food, drinks and I believe Model(s) in cute nurses outfits.
